Thank you for this. I have wanted a more substantial drink with almost no carbs for years. Not supposed to have coffee and really am not liking decaf. So tea this winter will be it. I can make a teabag last a couple drinks and cut down the caffeine. I love chai tea once in a while and am open to better ones than found in the grocery aisle.
