Do you happen to have any references that show that BF% > 21% is unhealthy? Do you generally agree with such values? If not, when do you think a person “crosses over” to a body comp that has negative health impacts? I mean, clearly one has to have some fat or you’ll die. My guess (it’s presumptuous of me to guess because I’ve never seen you, or measured your body fat), but your body fat may be around 25%, or higher.
