I just had my body fat tested at the gym with the hand held device. I had just finished a 4 mile run outside, walked inside and had my body fat measured pretty much right away. Had I known that I needed to be hydrated for the test, I would have drank some or a lot more water prior. Anyway, my measurement was 25.5%. Needless to say, I was shocked! No one could believe it by looking at me too. I’m a runner. I’ve done marathons and was a sprinter in college. I run, do yoga, weight train and do other forms of cardio 5 days a week.
