I would track your weight each week in the morning, such as Monday Morning: What I have found is that your body can get used to the training and not lose any more weight, especially because you are already at a low body fat level that may even be optimal. If you start losing any more weight, it’s time to eat more food. You can estimate how many calories you burn () and try eating that amount of calories to help prevent any more weight/fat loss.
