If you look at the Jackson & Pollock body fat chart, you’ll see that 29% is a hair away for the “ideal” body fat percentage for a woman your age. I was going to say — when I used to run cross country in high school I was 8-9 and my goal right now is to hit 10 and stay there. The difference, or the difficulty, with the above 6-7% picture is that guy is a beast. A lot of runners get that low, especially with cross training, lifting, etc, but were never that huge.
