No doubt there is fat there to lose, but I just can’t imagine an objective fitness/medical professional calling me “overweight”. So, just where did these numbers come from? Do you happen to have any references that show that BF% > 21% is unhealthy? Do you generally agree with such values? If not, when do you think a person “crosses over” to a body comp that has negative health impacts? I mean, clearly one has to have some fat or you’ll die.
