@Holly – your body fat percentage sounds fine to me. I would consider it leaner than average, but not super lean. With that said, I’m a big fan of strength training for a ton of reasons and I think it should form the foundation of an effective exercise plan for not only fat loss, but overall health and well-being. I just did the BOD POD today and found out my fat %. I’m 34 and 6’1″ (tall) and weigh 162lbs.
