I had a 7 sight caliper test early October and then 12 week retest just last week. While I have always been relatively lean and could definitely be considered in the “athlete” range I’m questioning the calibration of the calipers!! The first caliper test recorded 16.5% (97.5mm) and the second just last week was 12.5% (84.6mm)!! @Jason – I think the 8-10% range is a lean, but sustainable range for guys and I’m personally around 7-8% year round. I didn’t do every body fat level because there would be too may photos, but just wanted to give you a sense of what the body fat ranges look like, so that if you do get down to let’s say 8-9% body fat, you will be able to realize it just by seeing the photos of the 6-7 and 10-12.
