That means your muscles etc. are 20lb heavier than your goal weight of 180lb! If you are using the body scale, or bio electric impedance analysis to measure your body fat, it may be really off. My guess (it’s presumptuous of me to guess because I’ve never seen you, or measured your body fat), but your body fat may be around 25%, or higher. Let’s say you had 35% body fat, in that case your LBM is 162.5. If you reached your goal weight of 180, you would have only 9% body fat.
