I’m 5’11 and 170 lbs. I’m getting married this summer and have been on a major fitness drive since January 2011. In that time I’m really happy with the progress I’ve made. You can see that the difference in 5 year increments is roughly 0.6% body fat, so you can continue the graph downwards and just add 0.6% body fat for every 5+ years above 56. Is this perfect? I didn’t do every body fat level because there would be too may photos, but just wanted to give you a sense of what the body fat ranges look like, so that if you do get down to let’s say 8-9% body fat, you will be able to realize it just by seeing the photos of the 6-7 and 10-12.
