Hi, I’m a college student and when I have time, I go to the gym and when I can’t, I do a lot of home exercises and dance. As a woman what kind of abdominal exercises can I do to get rid of this small and developing “pouch”? I eat pretty healthy I believe. I think your trainers estimate is reasonable, but my website is called BuiltLean, so I think a good goal is 25%-30% bf, so 120-129lb with an LBM/FFM of 90lb.
