TBW is probably the percentage of water weight. I’m not a huge fan of Biolectric impedence analysis (BIA) as a way to measure body fat, but you’re on the borderline between calipers and BIA. Do you have any pics of someone at 8-10% body fat for men? I think this is a manageable range that is slightly more disciplined than the Built Lean range. This range should provide very good ab definition and striation and healthy vascularity. I agree that anything under 7% is very difficult to maintain for an extended period of time.
