A 30% body fat would imply that you have only 87lb of LBM. Most women I come across who are around your height and weight have an LBM around 95 to 100lb. With that said, I’m a big fan of strength training for a ton of reasons and I think it should form the foundation of an effective exercise plan for not only fat loss, but overall health and well-being.
