Do you have any pics of someone at 8-10% body fat for men? I think this is a manageable range that is slightly more disciplined than the Built Lean range. This range should provide very good ab definition and striation and healthy vascularity. I agree that anything under 7% is very difficult to maintain for an extended period of time.
