So your LBM may actually decrease to 130-135lb (maybe even less) over time as you lose fat. That would be my guess. So then your “ideal” weight would be closer to 155-60lb, which is definitely reasonable for a woman (especially an athletic woman with a bigger bone structure) who is 5’8”.
