The guy who tested me told me i needed to gain fat because my percentage was far too low for a woman. Even going to he doctor and getting a physical there is nothing wrong and even getting blood work i was not deficient in anything. Is he right? Should i really try to gain more fat? The only time i gained weight and fat was when i was eating very unhealthily at odd ours in the night.
