With that said, I would get another trainer to calculate your body fat as well, just in case. I “look” a lot better (leaner) also when I hold the “military” posture – stomach in, chest out, head up…But I find my breathing is much deeper, slower, easier and definitely more comfortable if I simply relax my stomach area and appear fatter.
