I run 2 hours per day normally. Should I be using the “athlete” settings for the Tanita tools, or the “adult”? The handhelds do not have this option. I know the “adult” settings give much higher body fat values. I have been using the athlete setting as I would think with as much running as I do I should qualify as an athlete.
