So your LBM may actually decrease to 130-135lb (maybe even less) over time as you lose fat. That would be my guess. So then your “ideal” weight would be closer to 155-60lb, which is definitely reasonable for a woman (especially an athletic woman with a bigger bone structure) who is 5’8”. I can tell you with certainty the most important thing to focus on is losing the fat without losing muscle and see how things pan out. You never know until you try.
